He is founder of Leketi Attorneys having commenced to practice for his own account in 2007. He is currently registered for Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law with the Universiy of Johannesburg and holds an LLB degree, Diploma in Corporate Law, Diploma in Drafting and Interpretation of contracts and Advance Certificate in Commercial Law.

He commenced his career with Gumbo & Co Attorneys, where he also served as Small Claims Court Assistant Commissioner. He later moved to another law firm where he was appointed Associate with management and supervision responsibilities. He accumulated extensive experience in various fields of law prior to formation of Leketi Attorneys. He is passionate about corporate and commercial law and over the acquired commercial and corporate academic qualifications and extensive practical experience in those fields of law. He continues to attend regular seminars offered by relevant stakeholders to acquaint himself with all recent law developments for those benefit of offering clients with most recent legal advice.

He holds an LLB and is currently registered for LLM in Labour law with University of North West, Potchefstroom campus. Prior to commencing his LLB studies he worked as a paralegal for five years at Shongwe Nkwane Attorneys. During that period he accumulated experience in drafting of legal opinions and pleadings. He has assisted clients and appeared before CCMA for Labour disputes. He also assisted clients with prosecution of disciplinary proceedings. Having passion for Labour law and human resources has seen him pursue LLM in that field. He started his articles at Center for Community Law Development in January 2012 until July 2012, and then later continued his articles at Legal Aid South Africa from August 2012 to July 2013. It was during his stay at Legal Aid South Africa where he conducted workshops for teachers across the Free State province and gave legal advice to residents of Tlokwe through the local radio station.
